GREENSOLVS SR01- SAFE ACID FOR SCALE REMOVER AND TANK CLEANER
GreenSolvs SR01 is high-performance scale remover and industrial grade cleaning solution. It effectively removes a wide range of mineral deposits scales such as rust, limescale, calcium carbonates and other hard water buildups. Recommended for cleaning of industrial equipment parts and heat exchangers to ensure optimal heat transfer, reduces maintenance costs, and prolongs the operational lifespan.

1. Preparation:
• The cleaning treatment can be performed either direct system circulation.
• Isolate the heat exchanger from the operational system.
• Drain any existing fluid from the tank to prepare for cleaning.
2. Dilution:
• Mix GreenSolvs SR01 wit water at a recommended ratio of 1:4 (one part GreenSolvs SR01 to four parts water). For severe scaling, a stronger concentration can be used up to 1:2.
3. Application:
• Fill the tank with the diluted GreenSolvs SR01 solution.
• Circulate the solution using appropriate pump for 1-3 hours. The duration depends on the extent of scaling and system size.
• For heavily scaled systems, perform periodic inspections to monitor cleaning progress.
4. Rinsing:
• After the cleaning cycle, treat GreenSolvs SR01 solution with GreenSolvs ALK01 to obtain neutral pH (pH 7-8).
• Thoroughly rinse with clean water to remove any residual cleaning agent.
5. Post-Cleaning:
• Reconnect the heat exchanger to the operational system.
• Refill with the appropriate operating fluid and resume normal operation.

GREENSOLVS TGR02- TOXIC GASES AND MERCURY REMOVAL
GreenSolvs TGR02 comply together with GreenSolvs A501 is use for toxic gases removal. Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Sulfur Dioxide (SO₂) and Benzene (C₆H₆) and mercury removal from petroleum based contamination.
1. Chemical manufacturing:
To remove emissions of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and volatileorganic compounds (VOCs).
2. Petroleum Refining:
To capture and remove toxic gases and mercury.

1. System Preparation:
Ensure the reboiler system or tank is isolated and cooled to below 50 ̊ C to prevent thermal degradation of the cleaning solution.
2. Dilution:
Dilute the GreenSolvs A501 and GreenSolvs TGR02 with three parts of water for remove toxic gases and toxic mercury vapour at a recommended ratio (depending on the severity of fouling).
3. Circulation :
Introduce the diluted solution into the reboiler system or tank. For online cleaning, maintain normal operating conditions and circulate for 6-8 hours. For offline cleaning, circulate at a temperature of 40-50 ̊ C for 4-5 hours.
4. Rinsing:
After cleaning, thoroughly rinse the system with demineralized water to remove all traces of the cleaning solution and dislodged deposits. The low-foaming formulation ensures a quick and efficient rinsing process.
5. Post-Cleaning Inspection:
Conduct a thorough inspection to ensure al fouling materials have been removed.
Additional cleaning cycles may be necessary for heavily fouled systems.

GREENSOLVS A501- RIGWASH AND TANK CLEANER
GreenSolvs A501 is a biodegradable degreaser with ionic and non-ionic surfactants. Recommended used in industries cleaning like oil and gas, mining, construction, and agriculture for cleaning heavy duty equipment, machinery, vehicles and engine surface. It is medium foaming, non-flammable and on-caustic designed to effectively clean oil, grease and dirt from various surfaces, including metals, painted surfaces, concreate, asphalt, and oil contaminated equipment externals.
1. Spraying/cleaning method:
- Dilution: 1:5 (one part GreenSolvs A501 with four parts water) or heavy deposits, 1:10 to 1:20 for moderate
stains and 1:30 to 1:40 for light stains (floor cleaning).
- Apply the solution to the surface and allow it to wet or 1-3 minutes.
- Wash down high-pressure water. Repeat for better results.
- Can be diluted with cold or hot water (60°C to 70°C).
- Rinse with water. Stubborn deposits may require scrubbing or rinsing at high temperature (60°C recommended).
2. Soaking Machinery Parts:
- Dip dissembles part into a bath of 1:10 (one part GreenSolvs A501 with 9 parts water).
- Allow deposits to break up and loosen.
- Rinse of with water.
3. Recommended method:
Circulation and ultrasonic cleaning.
4. Cleaning Tank Method:
- Tank Preparation- the tank must be emptied and purged to remove any flammable or toxic gases or vapours (can use GreenSolvs TGR01 or GreenSolvs TGR02) before cleaning commences.
- GreenSolvs A501 applied inside the tank by means of circulation or agitation process. This process helps to disperse and expose all areas of the tank.
- The exposure time required depends on the type and amount of contaminants present in the tank, as well as the effectiveness of the GreenSolvs A501 used.
- After the exposure time, the tank should be rinsed with clean water to remove chemicals and dissolved residue.
- The tank should be inspected to assess the effectiveness of the cleaning process. If necessary, the cleaning process can be repeated or finalized with another type of process.
