Desans Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 2015 and started off as a maker of home detergents exclusively. We have proudly expanded over the years to manufacture a wide range of goods for heavy industry sectors. Recent research and development (R&D) efforts have enabled us to focus on the development of novel specialty chemicals.

Dr. Azad Anugerah bin Ali Rasol

Business Development

Dr. Azad Anugerah plays a crucial role in various aspects of the business, including research and development, marketing, and corporate relationship management. His extensive academic background includes a Master's degree in Petroleum Geoscience from the UK, earned in 2014, and a certification as a Petroleum Engineer in 2012.

Dr. Azad's professional journey began as a Petroleum Engineer at Schlumberger in Denmark, where he worked from 2011 to 2012, managing production lines and data collection. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD at UTM, focusing on petroleum engineering, specifically in the field of enhanced oil recovery and petrochemicals.

In addition to his technical expertise, Dr. Azad is actively involved in entrepreneurship. He participated in the SME@UTM program from June to August 2016 and has been part of the Coach and Grow Program since June 2017, demonstrating his commitment to both industry and academic growth.

Burhanuddin Bin Mohamad

Director

Burhanuddin Bin Mohamad serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy with a focus on maximizing shareholder value. In addition to overseeing all day-to-day management decisions, he plays a crucial role in implementing both the company's long-term and short-term plans.

Burhanuddin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical-Industrial Engineering, from UTM Skudai, earned in 2006. His career began as a Project Engineer at CLASSIC ADVANTAGE SDN. BHD. from 2006 to 2008. He then transitioned to roles as a Manufacturing & Process Engineer at MMI Industries Sdn. Bhd. from 2008 to 2009, and later as a Process Engineer at SBN Industries Sdn. Bhd. from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to his technical and managerial expertise, Burhanuddin is also active in entrepreneurship. He has been participating in the Coach and Grow Program since June 2017.

Dr. Ihsan Bin Wan Azelee 

Research & Product Development

Dr. Ihsan Bin Wan Azelee specializes in Research & Product Development. His role encompasses conducting testing, quality control, problem-solving, and the development of new products to enhance the company's offerings.

He holds a solid academic background in Chemistry, beginning with a Bachelor's degree from UTM Skudai in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in the same field from UTM Skudai in 2013. Dr. Ihsan further pursued his education, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from UTM Skudai in 2018.

Professionally, Dr. Ihsan has a wealth of experience in research. He has been working as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at IPASA UTM since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Research Officer at AMTEC UTM from 2014 to 2015, where he honed his skills in research and product innovation.
